Raspberry Clouds

I love having a little sweet snack in the freezer for those “moments of crisis” during the day.
This one is relatively healthy and super easy to make – no fancy equipment, no baking and hardly any preparation time.
So what are you waiting for? 🤩

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh raspberries
  • 400-450g vanilla yogurt
  • 100g dark chocolate (I prefer 85% cacao)
  • a bit of oil

Instructions:

  • Step 1Carefully mix the raspberries with the vanilla yogurt.
  • Step 2Using two spoons, form little “clouds” on a sheet of baking paper and pop them into the freezer for 1.5–2 hours.
  • Step 3Melt the dark chocolate with a bit of oil and dip the frozen clusters into the melted chocolate.
  • Step 4Store in the fridge.

Notes, clarifications and more:

  • For a vegan version, simply use vegan vanilla yogurt and vegan dark chocolate.
  • You can substitute the raspberries with any berries you like (for me, fresh raspberries and vanilla are the perfect match!).
  • Feel free to use milk or white chocolate instead of dark one – whatever you prefer.
